A comprehensive digital platform for documenting residential and commercial lease contracts in Saudi Arabia, officially licensed by Ejar Network and the General Authority for Real Estate.

The platform enables landlords and tenants to complete a legally documented lease contract within minutes, eliminating the need to visit a real estate office and wait for traditional paperwork and procedures to be completed.

The Challenge

The client needed a platform that combined ease of use for everyday users with full compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Ejar Network.

The platform also needed to support two distinct contract types — residential and commercial — each with its own requirements, documents, and workflows, while building a scalable system capable of handling rapid growth in the user base.

The Solution

We built a comprehensive web platform alongside iOS and Android mobile applications, featuring:

• Separate contract creation workflows for each contract type (residential / commercial), with the appropriate documents and steps for each case.
• Direct integration with the Ejar Network to ensure official and immediate contract documentation.
• A dedicated user dashboard for managing properties and tracking requests through “My Properties” and “My Requests.”
• A secure online payment system supporting Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay.
