Royal Room Care App by MEFM Group is a mobile app for managing cleaning and maintenance services for residential units and hospitality apartments in Jeddah. Subcode designed and developed the app for iOS and Android to give unit owners full control over their units, orders and subscriptions in one place.
The Challenge
- Unit owners need to request cleaning and maintenance quickly for each unit.
- Order status and communication with the team were hard to follow.
- Different subscription packages were needed per unit type and duration.
- Unit condition had to be documented with photos before and after service.

We built an app that lets owners add and document their units with photos, request cleaning in one tap and subscribe to the right package for each unit, with real-time order tracking, direct chat with the supervisor supporting voice notes and images, and invoice and partner management from one account.
