Aqdi is a Saudi platform for documenting residential and commercial rental contracts online. It serves individuals, companies, real estate offices, property owners and tenants across Saudi Arabia.
Before the platform, documenting a rental contract meant visiting a real estate office, preparing a lot of paperwork and waiting for the process to finish. Checking a contract's status or following up on it took time and effort from both landlord and tenant.
The client needed a platform that combines two things: ease of use for everyday users, and full compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Ejar network, while supporting two contract types (residential and commercial), each with its own documents and steps, on an architecture that can handle fast user growth.
