Your Own Cafe App: Direct Ordering vs Ready-Made Delivery Apps

When a customer orders from a general delivery app, your competitors appear beside you on the same screen, and you do not own the customer's data or your relationship with them. A dedicated app reverses this.

What do you gain?

• A clear identity: your logo, colors, banners and welcome screens, chosen by you.

• Ownership of customer data and a better understanding of what they order.

• A loyalty system of your own: ranks, points and coupons.

• Full control of the menu: sizes, add-ons and offers with start and end dates.

• Direct notifications to your customers.

What about ready-made delivery apps?

They are strong at reaching new customers, so do not drop them entirely. The practical answer is to combine both: general apps for discovery, and your own app to turn customers into regulars.
